Since 2003, Ashok Kumar, has been residing in Cambodia, gaining 20 years of experience as a Country Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company. In 2018, he ventured into the hospitality industry with the establishment of the renowned Swagat restaurant in Phnom Penh, which quickly became the most popular Indian dining spot in the city with the team of 11 employees. In 2023, Swagat Dist. Co., Ltd. was founded and has rapidly grown to cover
1,500 customers with 23 products, serving the entire country with help of 10 employees in marketing, supply chain & accounting. There is a plan to expand the team as we grow in the future.
Our Team
Swagat Dist. Co., Ltd.: A Team of Experienced Professionals
Swagat Dist. Co., Ltd. is led by three experienced founders with over a decade of individual experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Our Marketing Team consists of four energetic medical representatives, each with over eight years of market experience. We are currently expanding our team to include three additional representatives. Our Finance Team comprises an accountant, a collection specialist, and an operations assistant, with plans to expand as the business grows. Our Supply Team includes two suppliers based in Phnom Penh and two drivers with delivery trucks that cover the entire country.
